Please read the general terms and conditions below carefully before making any booking. They govern the contractual relationship between WILDRIVE RENTAL-SARL and the renter.

Official WILDRIVE RENTAL contract with all detailed terms
Article 1: Purpose of the contract
The purpose of this contract is the rental of a vehicle without a driver by WILDRIVE RENTAL-SARL to the renter, under the conditions defined below. The renter acknowledges having read the general conditions and accepts them without reservation.
Article 2: Rental duration
The rental duration is set in the contract. Any return delay exceeding 3 hours will be charged as an additional day of rental.
Article 3: Driver requirements
The driver must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driving license for at least 2 years, and present a valid identity document (national ID or passport).
Article 4: Vehicle condition
The vehicle is delivered to the renter in good working order and cleanliness. A joint inspection report is drawn up at departure and return. The renter undertakes to return the vehicle in the same condition.
Article 5: Insurance
The vehicle is covered by mandatory civil liability insurance. The renter remains responsible for damage caused to the rented vehicle in case of an at-fault accident, within the limit of the deductible provided for in the contract.
Article 6: Fuel
The vehicle is delivered with a fuel level indicated on the contract. The renter undertakes to return the vehicle with the same fuel level. Otherwise, missing fuel costs will be charged.
Article 7: Security deposit
A security deposit may be required from the renter when taking possession of the vehicle. This deposit will be returned upon the vehicle's return, minus any charges (fuel, damages, fines).
Article 8: Payment
Rental payment is due upon signing the contract. Accepted payment methods are: cash, bank transfer and credit card. Any late payment will incur penalties.
Article 9: Cancellation
Any cancellation made more than 48 hours before the departure date is free of charge. A cancellation made less than 48 hours before departure may result in cancellation fees equivalent to one day of rental.
Article 10: Mileage
Mileage is limited in accordance with the contract provisions. Any additional kilometer will be charged according to the rate provided for in the contract.
Article 11: Maintenance and repairs
The renter is prohibited from carrying out any repair without prior approval from WILDRIVE RENTAL. In case of breakdown, the renter must immediately contact the company.
Article 12: Vehicle use
The renter undertakes to use the vehicle responsibly. Prohibited uses include: use by persons not mentioned in the contract, transport of goods (except utility vehicles), participation in competitions, driving on unpaved roads (except 4x4), and any illegal use.
Article 13: Violations and fines
The renter is solely responsible for all violations committed during the rental period. The renter undertakes to pay any fines and traffic tickets incurred.
Article 14: Accidents
In case of an accident, the renter must immediately notify WILDRIVE RENTAL and provide an accident report or police/gendarmerie report. The renter undertakes to reimburse the vehicle immobilization costs.
Article 15: Vehicle return
The vehicle must be returned at the location and date specified in the contract. Any unreported delay will be charged. In case of non-return, WILDRIVE RENTAL reserves the right to take legal action.
Article 16: Competent jurisdiction
In case of dispute, the competent court of Settat shall have sole jurisdiction. This contract is governed by Moroccan law.
